In no event shall DigiTransact AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use AfricanGPT, even if DigiTransact AI or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
